The Multiple Award Environmental Services (MAES) contracts awarded under this solicitation will be Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for a wide range of environmental services in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District (CENAB) within its assigned mission areas of the North Atlantic Division (NAD), with incidental use in the contiguous United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The Government intends to award a target of ten (10) IDIQ contracts to include a target of six (6) small business reserves. The NAICS code is: 562910 Environmental Remediation Services (Size Standard: 1,000 Employees). The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the proposal due date from 11:00 AM EST on 12 April 2024 to 11:00 AM EST 03 May 2024. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to extend the proposal due date from 11:00 AM EST on 03 May 2024 to 11:00 AM EST on 10 May 2024, revise Section B (Labor Rate Price Schedule), revise Section C (Performance Work Statement), revise Section J to include Attachment B (Small Business Participation Plan Proposal Format - Revised), Attachment F (Labor Qualifications), and Attachment G (Responses to Requests for Information), revise Section L (Proposal Submission and Sample Project), and revise Section M (Basis for Award). The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to revised Section L (Proposal Submission).
