This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research to identify potential qualified Small Business sources (including 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned Small Businesses) capable of performing the construction services described below.The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District, is seeking capability statements from interested firms to determine the availability and technical capability of the small business community to support a firm fixed-price contract for the FY26 MUSC Pump Upfit project.
