FY25 Mary Dunn Water Storage Tank No. 1 Rehabilitation

Project Description: The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to abrasive sand blasting and painting the exterior and interior of the Mary Dunn Drinking Water Storage Tank #1 (excluding the aluminum roof), pit filling, exterior caulking, removing and replacing the overflow screen, replacing the existing vent, security modifications to the existing pressure relief vent, installing a safety climb cable system for the existing ladder, coordination with Hyannis Water System and Veolia to empty water storage tank for rehabilitation activities, disinfection of the rehabilitated water storage tank, and conducting water sampling prior to the tank's return to service.
