Description INVITATION FOR BIDS TELFAIR COUNTY, GEORGIA FY 2024 LRA, FY 2025 LRA, AND FY 2025 LMIG PROJECTS . Project Description: Project will consist of 19 mm asphalt deep patching, asphalt leveling, 9.5 MM Asph. Conc. Topping, 12.5 mm Asph. Conc. Topping double surface treatment with stone size 7 & 89 and with sand seal W10, grading complete for storm drain placement, cross drain storm pipe installation, and restriping on various county roads.

Sealed proposals for furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to successfully accomplish the following work will be received by the Board of Commissioners of Telfair County, Georgia, 91 Telfair Avenue, Suite A, McRae-Helena Georgia 31055, until Friday July 11, 2025. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Tuesday July 15, 2025 @ 5:30 p.m. at the Telfair County Board of Commissioners Office at 91 Telfair Avenue, Suite A, McRae-Helena Georgia 31055.

Contract Time: All work is to be accomplished within 180 days of the Project Notice-To-Proceed-Date. Successful bidder will strictly adhere to all Georgia DOT Regulations, Current Standards and Specifications, all Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices guidelines, and all requirements included in the Project Agreement between TELFAIR COUNTY and the successful bidder.
