Project Description: The contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the required construction as described in its entirety to the specifications as directed and the terms of this contract including all incidentals as directed by the City of Sandy Springs Director of Public Works or his representative. Unless otherwise specified, all work shall be completed in accordance with Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications (current edition). The contractor shall be Pre-qualified Prime Contractor listed by the Georgia Department of Transportation and must perform at least 51% of the work.
