FY 2025 LMIG PROJECT

Dodge County Contractor Invitation to Bid Notice FY 2025 LMIG PROJECT ***NOTICE*** is hereby given that the Dodge County Board of Commissioners are seeking sealed bids for their FY 2025 LMIG PROJECT that will consist of various construction items including, placing aggregate surface course, placing, triple surface treatment stone size 5, 7, & 89, placing 6¿ Cement Stabilized Base Course, Type C turf establishment, and restriping on 6 various County Roads. It shall be the responsibility of the bidder to perform an onsite visit to become familiar with the proposed project and to become familiar with all the project requirements, Fiscal Year 2021 GDOT STANDARD AND SPECIFICATIONS, GDOT STANDARDS AND DETAILS, AND CURRENT EDITION OF THE M.U.T.C.D. to ensure that everything is provided as called for in the project. Project bid package documents may be obtained at Dodge County Board of Commissioners Office, 643 Pearl Bates Avenue, Eastman, Georgia, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Project bid package documents may also be requested by email at: conner.bearden@dodgecounty-ga.com or by phone @ (478) 374-4361. All bid package documents must be received in sealed envelopes clearly marked " DODGE COUNTY FY 2025 LMIG PROJECT BID DOCUMENTS". All bid package documents must be received by Mr. Conner Bearden, Dodge County Manager at the Dodge County Board of Commissioners office located at 643 Pearl Bates Avenue, Eastman, Georgia, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday February 10,2025.
