FY24 LMIG & FY24 LRA LMIG FOR ROADWAY RESURFACING

Sealed bids for the construction of the FY24 LMIG & FY24 LRA LMIG for Roadway Resurfacing project will be received at the Office of the City Manager, Tifton City Hall, 130 E. 1 ^st Street, Tifton, GA 31794 until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at which time they will be opened and publicly read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The project work consists of the base repair and resurfacing of +/- 15.14 linear miles of city streets and all associated labor, materials, equipment, and measures for the complete project.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 2:00 PM at 1606 Whiddon Mill Road, Tifton, GA. 31793. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is encouraged but not required.

Bidding Documents: Copies of Bidding Documents for bidding purposes can be obtained from Watkins & Associates, L.L.C., 1606 Whiddon Mill Road, Tifton, Georgia 31793. Plan holders list, agenda, and bid results are available at www.watkinseng.com , Phone: (229) 388-8823, (Office of the Engineer) upon payment of $300.00 for each set (non-refundable).
