This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The source s sought notice is for market research purposes to make the appropriate acquisition decision and gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, size standard of 750 employees. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 5836.

The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando VA Medical Center (OVAMC) is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested contractors who can design, assess, procure, assemble, install, integrate, test, and remove equipment to Replace/Upgrade the existing and Library Management System. The Orlando Medical Media Service will need training on the new equipment and features. The video ingests and data asset storage component, is a library management system Spectrum Media Center system. It functions as the primary video ingest and data asset storage and management for Medical Media. The data storage consists of HD/UHD/4K resolution video formats, as well as all Medical Media digital media assets including photography, graphic design formats for printing, digital signage assets, and other business-centric documentation. The existing library management system is connected to the Medical Media VLAN to form the Medical Media LAN infrastructure (Stand Along System). Replace old surge protector in the room to protect the new equipment. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required to update the library management system to provide more storage.

The capability statement shall be limited to no more than five pages and must clearly state the following: Capability in industry to Replace/Upgrade the existing TV Studio Equipment and Library Management System. Offerors who cannot provide historical information for their company regarding the requirements outlined above or similar scope and scale should provide corresponding information to show how the company would meet OVAMC requirements. This information should provide a strong level of confidence to the Government that an offeror would meet or exceed the performance requirements to provide all the requirements to Replace/Upgrade the existing TV Studio Equipment and Library Management System.

In addition, provide and answer the following:
Company name, address, point(s) of contact, title, telephone number, fax number, email address, cage code, and SAM UEI number.
Company s business size, to include number of employees;
Company s socioeconomic status
If an SDVOSB or VOSB is responding they must provide their ability to provide a system in compliance with VAAR 852.219-76 Limitation on Subcontracting and their ability to complete the clause and sign the acknowledgement. To be considered capable of providing for this requirement, submit a draft of VAAR 852.219-76 completed showing your ability to complete the clause.
THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposal (RFQ); submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
