FY26 Installation of Small Trash Capture Devices

Notice is hereby given that the SEALED BIDS will be received by the Purchasing Coordinator in person at the City of Gilroy Council Chambers, 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA 95020 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM, on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, for the FY26 Installation of Small Trash Capture Devices Project No. 26-PW-306. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 PM.

The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, incidentals, equipment, cleaning and grubbing of the catch basins to install up to 73 Stormtek ST3G full trash capture device connector pipe screens or equivalent at locations identified in the City in the Appendices. This project requires the contractor to field fit and determine the size of each trash capture device.

Bids delivered before February 4, 2026, at 1:30 PM must be delivered to the City Hall Information Desk at the northeast entrance of City Hall. City Hall is currently open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Fridays by appointment only. Bids received after the stated time and date will not be accepted. The City of Gilroy will not be responsible for delayed deliveries or deliveries made to another location other than the location specified above. Bids should be in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the project title, project number, bidder’s name, and time and date of the bid opening. All prospective bidders shall check the City’s website for any addendums prior to the bid opening.
