Summary
The Ohio Department of Veteran Services, Ohio Veterans Home Georgetown (OVH-G) is seeking bids for preventative maintenance of HVAC equipment located at 2003 Veterans Blvd Georgetown OH, 45121. Contractor is to provide an equipment assessment and to develop, coordinate, and oversee a preventive maintenance and repair program. Contractor will provide services for maintaining, repairing, and/or replacing equipment as approved by the Ohio Department of Veteran Services (DVS).
