FY26 House Keeping

Provide Housekeeping twice per week for our office, 216 Aquarius Dr. Homewood, AL 35209.  Office space is approximately 5200 sqft. One service mid-week and the other on the weekend. Must be available to correct any discrepancies with service within 2 hours of stated complaints.  Visit on Friday 1/16/2026 9:00am Duration of service 01/20/2026-09/30/2026.

Vendor will be given key for entry through front office door.
Must remain professional at all times.
ENTRANCES, OFFICES, LOBBY, RECEPTION AREA AND GENERAL CLEANING
Spot clean doors, frames, entrance glass, light switches, and properly position
lobby furniture using microfiber cloths & hospital grade disinfectant cleaner.
Dust and clean all office furniture including file cabinets, desks,
credenzas, , window sills and display units using a microfiber
cloths and hospital grade disinfecting all purpose cleaner.
( free of personal belonging and paper work )
Clean and sanitize all telephones handsets using microfiber cloths
hospital grade disinfecting all purpose cleaner.
Empty all lined waste paper receptacles and take trash to a designated
area in the building for storage or removal.
Empty all lined recycled trash containers transporting to the designated area
in the building for storage or removal . Quote upon request
Spot clean internal partition glass free of smudges and fingerprints,
using disinfecting all purpose spray window cleaner.
Clean and sanitize drinking fountains / water coolers using hospital
grade disinfecting all purpose cleaner .
Vacuum fabric covered furnishings. Wipe other furniture using
hospital –grade disinfecting all purpose cleaner.
Dust all high and low vertical and horizontal surfaces and corners
blinds, jams, light fixtures and ceiling vents with microfiber cloths
and hospital grade disinfecting all purpose cleaner.
FLOOR MAINTENANCE
Vacuum with approved back pack units and remove fresh spots
from all carpeted areas & mats using approved disinfectants and
encapsulating carpet spotting tools.
Mop all hard surfaces floor areas using color –coded micro fiber
flat mopping pads and floor cleaner
Dust down or vacuum baseboards.
LUNCHROOM / BREAK AREAS / COFFEE AREAS
All kitchen counters, cabinet fronts, tables and sinks cleaned using
microfiber cloths & hospital – grade disinfecting all purpose cleaner
Clean and disinfect exterior of appliances using microfiber cloths
& hospital – grade disinfecting all purpose cleaner
Restock kitchen paper and soap products
Empty all lined waste paper receptacles and take trash to a designated
area in the building for storage or removal.
