FY2026 Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services

ACHD seeks competitive proposals from qualified Firms to provide Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services (PMRS) to all of the listed ACHD facilities to include, but not limited to, visual inspections, replacement of all filters, and cooling tower and closed loop maintenance as outlined in the Scope of Work.

All prospective respondents are required to attend a Mandatory Pre-Submission Meeting and Site Visit 10:00 am on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 Located at 3775 Adams Street, Garden City, Idaho 83714, in the conference room, "Garden City". Following the meeting, a mandatory walkthrough of the facilities will be conducted. During this meeting, ACHD will guide on preparing and submitting proposals. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory. Failure to attend will result in your proposal being deemed Non-Responsive and therefore ineligible for consideration.
