Sealed proposals will be received by the Paulding County Department of Finance, 240 Constitution
Boulevard, Dallas, Georgia 30132 until:
June 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST
For the project known as:
Paulding County Board of Commissioners
FY 2026 Government Facilities Landscape Contract
Bid No. 26033-1301
Proposals will be opened and read aloud at the 2nd Floor Conference Room, 240 Constitution Boulevard,
Dallas, Georgia 30132 at 2:00 p.m. EST. Proposals received after the designated time will not be
considered. The OWNER of the project is the Paulding County Board of Commissioners.
The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows:
Annual landscaping services at eight (8) county government facilities for the growing
season (April-October) with approximately 40 visits included and up to nine (9) off-
season visits (November- March) as needed. The contract may be renewed for up to
two (2) years if mutually agreed upon.
Bidders shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same.
Bidding Documents are available for review by prospective Bidders at the Paulding County Purchasing
Office, 240 Constitution Blvd. Dallas, GA 30132, Telephone Number: 770-443-7512. To request
electronic copies of the bid documents, send an email to purchase@paulding.gov including your name,
company name and contact number.
All questions regarding specifications or requests for clarifications should be submitted
to purchase@paulding.gov in writing. The deadline for questions is Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond with good and sufficient surety or sureties approved by
the owner for faithful acceptance of the contract, payable to, in favor of, and for the protection of the
OWNER in an amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the total amount payable by the terms of the
contract or, in lieu thereof, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or cash in equal amount.
The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds with the
executed Agreement meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents and executed on the forms
attached to the Agreement. The terms and time for payment are set forth in the Agreement.
Surety and insurance companies must have an AM Best rating of A-6 or greater, be listed in the Federal
Registry of Companies holding Certificates of Authority and Acceptable Sureties on Federal Bonds,
be licensed by the Georgia Insurance Department and the Georgia Secretary of State to do business in the
State of Georgia.
All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the day of the Bid opening, but OWNER
may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to that date.

Each bid must be submitted in a SEALED ENVELOPE, addressed to the OWNER. Each
sealed envelope containing a Bid must be plainly marked on the outside as, "Bid No. 26033-1301,
FY 2025 Government Facilities Landscaping Contract." If bid is forwarded by mail, the
sealed envelope containing the Bid must be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope to the attention of
the OWNER at the address previously given.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities and re-advertise.
