FY27 - garbage collection service

This is to solicit a vendor to provide an 8-yard dumpster and bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) garbage collection service at ACVCC.

Service period:      October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027

Vendor will place an 8-yard dumpster at designated area on ACVCC property.

Vendor will maintain upkeep on dumpster and replace the container or repair any damage due to normal use or fault of the vendor.

Vendor will schedule pick-up service on a bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) schedule. If a date is missed, pick-up must be immediately rescheduled before the next service date. Vendor will provide a credit memo for missed service if due to the fault of the vendor.

Vendor must provide all equipment and personnel needed to complete requested service.

No subcontracting of service is permitted.

Vendor must respond to any inquiries from ACVCC within 48 hours during the work week.

Invoices will be paid in arrears on a monthly basis. Vendor must leave an invoice with the agency after service is completed or email to acvcc-accounting@acvcc.alabama.gov .

ACVCC has the right not to award due to budget limitations.
