FY26 Equitable Assessment Program
The City of Gloucester seeks proposals, RFP #25081, for FY26 Equitable Assessment Update Services from a qualified contractor. The scope of services require the contractor to assist the City in determining the full and fair cash value of all property described in the RFP and its usage classification as defined in MGLc 59. The RFP package will be available on Nov. 4, 2024 at bidnet direct. Proposals will be due and opened electronically on Nov. 26, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. on bidnet direct.
