Multi-year contract, last dated signature of both parties through 6/30/28, for Chaplaincy Services at John Madden Mental Health Center. The Chaplain must be certified and will provide an array of inter-faith services to meet the religious and spiritual needs of the patients, and their families. The Chaplain will establish an environment that is safe, open and welcoming for people of all faiths and those without a faith tradition. Weekly spirituality group sessions will be held in addition to one-on-one pastoral care meetings will be scheduled and provided as requested by patients and occur in person or on the phone based upon health and safety guidelines. The Chaplain should be available twice weekly during the hours of 8:00am - 3:30pm. The Joint Commission (TJC) requires hospitals to be accountable for maintaining patient rights, including accommodation for cultural, religious, and spiritual values.
