Summary

FY2025 Desktop Replacement for 6 desktop computers with expired manufacturer warranty as of June 2024.   BEMC prefers the (1) Micro Form Factor (MFF) or (2) Small Form Factor (SFF) models. Grid includes OptiPlex 7020 SFF, but we will accept quotes for OptiPlex 7020 MFF. Pay special attention to CPU and RAM requirements. Specs for new: CPU: i7 (min i5). RAM: 32 GB (min 16 GB). SSD hard drive 512 GB is the current State standard. Suppliers may include full quotes as attachment to grid.

Process

The State of Ohio - Broadcast Educational Media Commission (BEMC) is soliciting dealers for products on STS 534278. Only suppliers on 534278 or suppliers who offer this item on an existing state contract may respond to this solicitation.

Quoted price must be at or lower than contract pricing.

Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid. If a state contract number is not provided, the proposal will not be considered as referencing a State contract.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.
