NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY

FY 2027 CSBG FUNDS

THROUGH THE CAMPBELL COUNTY CARE BOARD

AND THE CAMPBELL COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

The Campbell County CARE Board and the Campbell County Commissioners are announcing the availability of grant funding through the Community Services Block Grant Fund (CSBG). The funds are made available to Campbell County through the Wyoming Department of Health.

The 3 national goals of CSBG:

Goal 1: Individuals and families with low

incomes are stable and achieve economic security.

Goal 2: Communities where people with low incomes live are healthy and offer economic opportunity.

Goal 3: People with low incomes are engaged and active in building opportunities in communities.

CSBG funding can be used in several different ways but must always be used to move people with low income from poverty to self-sufficiency.  Some major service areas CSBG can be used for are:

1. Employment
2. Education and Cognitive Development
3. Income, Infrastructure, and Asset Building
4. Housing
5. Health and Social/Behavioral Development
6. Civic Engagement and Community Involvement
7. Services Supporting Multiple Domains
8. Linkages (e.g. partnerships that support these domains)
9. Agency Capacity Building

Prospective  Applicants  must  attend:  CSBG Training - Friday, June 19th from 11:00AM in  the  Commissioner’s Chambers.

Applications are available on May 28th and due July 3rd for the 10/1/2026-9/30/2027 funding period.
