FY26-CP-E15 Professional Services for Construction Engineering & Inspection

The Bulloch County Commissioners is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from GDOT Prequalified Consultants to provide Professional Services for Construction Engineering & Inspection as further described and stated in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Interested Consultants shall employee a minimum of 50% of the personnel providing professional services during the term of this agreement with Bulloch County and must also appear on the GDOT Prequalification List for providing Construction Engineering & Inspection services, no later than the deadline for receipt of all submissions. The deadline for receipt of all SOQ submissions is 2:00 PM, EDT, Friday, June 26, 2026, where each will be recorded as received. Interested consultants shall file all documents necessary to support its submittal, as prescribed.
A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package may be requested from Bulloch County at procurementeng@bullochcounty.net or by going to the Bulloch County procurement website: https://bullochcounty.net/bid-opportunities/, or by going to the Georgia Procurement Registry website: https://doas.ga.gov/state-purchasing/georgia-procurement-registry-local-governments/gpr-overview. It will be the sole responsibility of each Consultant to periodically check all websites for any addenda associated with this RFQ. Failure to include a signed copy of the any addenda issued for this project in the submitted SOQ will result in the submitted SOQ not being considered for the project.
All consultants seeking to provide Construction Engineering & Inspection services to Bulloch County shall submit evidence of current prequalification, as of the deadline to receive Statements of Qualification June 26, 2:00 PM EDT, and as it appears on GDOT¿s Prequalified Consultants webpage or Prequalified Firms by Area Class (PFAC) webpage.
Bulloch County reserves the right to reject any and all submissions during this RFQ process and to waive any technicalities or informalities.
