FY-CP-E07 OTC Connector Road

The Bulloch County BOC is accepting sealed bids from GDOT Prequalified Contractors for: FY26-CP-E07 OTC Connector Rd (Earl Dabbs Dr to U.S. 301 South). The project consists of constructing a two-lane connector road between Earl Dabbs Drive and U.S. 301 South along with a right turn deceleration lane along US301 southbound within GDOT ROW under GDOT Permit A-031-012944-5. The project is located approx 635 LF North of the A.J. Riggs Intersection on U.S. 301 South in Statesboro, GA 30458. A bid pkg may be requested by emailing Procurementeng@bullochcounty.net, the Bulloch County website: https://bullochcounty.net/bid-opportunities/ or GPR website: https://doas.ga.gov/state-purchasing/georgia-procurement-registry-local-governments/gpr-overview. For all questions concerning the bid, submit email correspondence to the Bulloch County Procurement Office at Procurementeng@bullochcounty.net. All email correspondence during the question & answer period must include the project identifier FY26-CP-E07 in the subject line of the email. Bidders are responsible for the actual delivery of sealed bids during normal business hours to the Bulloch County Procurement Office. No electronic submittals accepted. The original bid along with one (1) copy and supporting documents must be submitted in a sealed clearly marked envelope. The deadline for receipt of all bids is November 6, 2025, at 3:30 PM EST at which time the bids will be publicly opened, cost components read aloud and recorded at the Bulloch County North Main Annex, 115 N. Main St., Statesboro, GA 30458. The written bid documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties.
