The Bulloch Cnty BOC is acpting sealed bids from GDOT prequalified contractors for: FY25-CP-E13 Nevils Denmark Rd Drainage Repairs. The proj consists of demolishing the existing concrete culvert & constr a new reinforced concrete bx culvert sys along w/rdway imps including grading complete, subgrade constr, aggregate base constr, asphalt pavement constr, signing, striping, & new guardrail. The proj is located along Nevils Denmark Rd near co-ords 32.278612, -81.733574. The proj shall commence immediately following issuance of the NTP. Contractors shall achieve Substantial Completion of the wrk & certification of same w/in 120 consec calendar days following issuance of the NTP & shall achieve Final Completion of the wrk w/in 150 consec calendar days following issuance of the NTP. It will be the sole responsibility of the contractor to periodically check all web pgs posting addenda assoc w/bidding for this proj. Bidders are resp for the actual delivery of sealed bids during normal business hrs to the Bulloch Cnty Procurement Office. The orig bid along w/one copy & supporting docs must be submitted in a sealed clearly marked envelope. The deadline for rcpt of all bids is 03/27/25, at 3:00 PM EDT at which time the bids w/be publicly opened & cost components read & recorded @ the Bulloch Cnty N Main Anx, 115 N. Main St., Statesboro, GA 30458. The Cnty reserves the right to reject any or all bids & waive technicalities, informalities, & minor immaterial defects associated w/the bid, making the award that is deemed to be in the best interest of the Cnty.
