FY26-CP-E10 Hightower Road & Josh Smith Road Dirt Road Paving Project

The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids from GDOT Prequalified Contractors for this project: FY26-CP-E10 Hightower Road & Josh Smith Road Dirt Road Paving Project. The project consists of clearing and grubbing operations, coordination and relocation of existing utilities, grading and earthwork operations, drainage work, subgrade construction, graded aggregate base construction, and asphalt paving work. The project location is on Hightower Road from Burkhalter Road to the existing paved portion of Hightower Road for an approximate total length of 1.695 miles and on Josh Smith Road from Harville Road to Hightower Road for a total length of approximately 1.248 miles. The intersection of Hightower Road and Josh Smith Road is located at latitude 32.374129 and longitude -81.768571.
