FY25-CP-17 Country Club Road Culvert Replacement Project

The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed
bids from GDOT Prequalified Contractors for this project: FY25-CP-E17 Country Club Road
Culvert Replacement Project. The project consists of demolishing the existing 42-In RCP culvert
crossing and constructing a new reinforced concrete double barrel 5-Ft X 5-Ft box culvert system
and roadway improvements including fill slope repair, roadway shoulder repair, subgrade
construction, aggregate base construction, asphalt pavement construction, signing, striping, and
new guardrail installation. The project is located along Country Club Road approximately 1.5 miles
North from the intersection of Country Club Road and Cypress Lake Road near coordinates Latitude
32.414103o, Longitude -81.849150o.

The project shall commence immediately following
issuance of the notice to proceed. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the work
and certification of same within 120 (One Hundred Twenty) consecutive calendar days after the
date of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed and shall achieve Final Acceptance of the work within
150 (One Hundred Fifty) consecutive calendar days after the date of the issuance of the Notice
to Proceed.
