Project Description: The Procurement Office of the Town of Barnstable on behalf of the Director of Planning and Development is soliciting responses from qualified individuals or firms to assist the Town in administering its CDBG Entitlement Grant. These services are expected not to exceed the following limits by funding source: CDBG Program Year 2024 planning and administration funds not to exceed $62,730 and CDBG-CV planning and administration funds not to exceed $53,745.00. In future program years, the not to exceed amount will coincide with the planning and administration cap of 20% of CDBG grant funds. The contract is for a one (1) year with (2) two one-year options at the sole discretion of the Town.
