FY 2027-2031 COMMERCIAL PERSONAL PROPERTY COLLECTION AND VALUATION SERVICES

The Town of Yarmouth, acting through its Town Administrator, invites proposals from qualified professional appraisal firms for the:

FY 2027 – FY 2031 COMMERCIAL PERSONAL PROPERTY COLLECTION AND VALUATION SERVICES

Services include the collection, inspection, listing, valuation, and annual reporting of approximately 675 commercial personal property accounts, including Class 504 Public Utility accounts, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 59 and Massachusetts Department of Revenue certification requirements. The project includes annual collection and valuation updates over a five-year period and preparation for DOR certification.

This procurement is conducted pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, §6, Uniform Procurement Act, and all contracts shall be awarded in strict accordance with the requirements of said statute.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents may be examined and obtained on the Town of Yarmouth Website, Doing Business page at https://www.yarmouth.ma.us/bids.aspx beginning February 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

Proposals must be submitted in two (2) separately sealed envelopes (Technical Proposal and Price Proposal) and received at the Office of the Town Administrator, Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, no later than 3:00 p.m. on March 5, 2026.

The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to cancel this RFP and/or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, when such action is determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
