Description
Project Description: FY26 Coal Bin Renovation Town Hall General Contractors (GC's). General Contractor DCAMM Certification Category of General Building Construction Required.
The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the first phase of the HVAC system upgrade for the Town Hall. There is HVAC equipment replacement, structural work related to the old coal bin, infill of the below grade coal pit, and site work in preparation for the final phase of work related to the renovation and HVAC upgrade to the Town Hall.
The scope of work includes:
a. Demolition of the existing below grade coal bin
b. Concrete work
c. Carpentry, waterproofing, damp proofing, caulking
d. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical
e. Sitework and utility work.
