The Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and Wildlife is seeking pre-qualified vendors on our Biological Surveys Master Agreement to perform bird monitoring at several sites across Massachusetts during the 2025 and 2026 seasons. All terms and conditions of the departmental Biological Surveys Master Agreement shall apply. IMPORTANT: All work is dependent on availability of funds. If the necessary funds are not available to complete monitoring of all planned sites, MassWildlife reserves the right to eliminate or reduce survey effort.
