FY26 BARNSTABLE ADULT COMMUNITY CENTER WATER DAMAGE REPAIR

Project Description: The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair the Barnstable Adult Community Center water damage. Work includes: Obtaining all required permits from the Town Of Barnstable, provision and installation of 560 square feet of drywall to match thickness of the existing ½” and 5/8” drywall, tape, joint compound, sanding on walls, provision and installation of 200 square feet of 5/8” fire code sheetrock, tape, joint compound, sanding on the ceilings of two mechanical rooms, provision and installation of 230 L.F. of rubber base board, installation of 500 S.F. of R-19 batt insulation, replacement of 465 S.F. of 3/8” plywood underlayment, provision and installation of new ceiling tile in the existing ceiling grid on the first floor and basement levels, provision and installation of (8) 2x2 and (2) 2x4 led light fixtures, insulating of 120 L.F. of damaged duct insulation, seal, tape and seam. Re-install 5 pieces of casing on three separate doors, prepare and paint all walls and ceilings in rooms receiving construction work. Protect existing finishes to remain, professionally clean construction spaces prior to occupancy.
