The State of Minnesota, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to renew the agreement with Association of Clean Water Administrators(ACWA) for ACWA 2026 Member.

This is deemed a single source because this is Membership with Assoc. of Clean Water Administrators (ACWA) and ACWA strives to convey the shared perspective of
state/interstate/territorial water quality agencies at the national level. They facilitate a dialogue between water quality agencies, as well as Congress and the Administration. ACWA’s work over the years has consistently furthered the specific interests of the federal/state partnership in developing and implementing water quality protection programs.
