FY27 ACHD Custodial Services

The RFP solicits competitive proposals from qualified Firms to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, and other resources necessary to perform complete custodial services at all ACHD facilities identified in this Scope of Work.

Mandatory Pre-Submission Proposal Meeting and Site Walkthroughs

All prospective Respondents are hereby advised that attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Submission Proposal Meeting and Site Walkthroughs is required as a condition of submitting a responsive Proposal under this RFP.

Date and Time: Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. (Mountain Time)
Location: ACHD Headquarters, Sawtooth Boardroom , 5800 North Meeker Avenue, Boise, Idaho 83713

Purpose:
ACHD will conduct a pre-submission meeting to provide Respondents with information and guidance regarding the RFP requirements and preparation of Proposals, address questions related to the solicitation documents, and conduct required site walkthroughs of the applicable ACHD facilities.

Mandatory Attendance and Responsiveness:
Attendance at the pre-submission meeting and required site walkthroughs is mandatory. A Respondent must attend and complete the required meeting and site walkthroughs to be eligible to submit a Proposal.

Failure to attend the mandatory meeting or complete the required site walkthroughs shall result in the Respondent’s Proposal being deemed Non-Responsive and ineligible for further consideration by ACHD.

As written in the Legal Notice, including deadline dates: All questions or requests for clarification regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP), including the content and requirements of the RFP and Documents, must be submitted in writing through the "Question and Answer" section of the ACHD eProcurement Portal.

Questions submitted by any other method, including phone call, manual delivery, or email, will not be accepted , nor will questions be accepted after the designated Question and Answer deadline.
