The Government seeks to procure a Hand-held X-Ray Device brand-name or equal to the following.



Brand: NIGHTHAWK BTX (Backscatter X-Ray Scanner)

Model No: NHBTX-140W7A



In addition, the Government requests on-site training and direct shipping and handling of the requested device to Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
