New 2-Year Preventative Maintenance Contract for the HVAC system at Bodine SFH. **THIS IS FOR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE ONLY - NOT FOR SYSTEM REPAIRS*
This contract will be for 2 Preventative Maintenance visits per year at Bodine SFH to ensure both heating and cooling systems are working. Also included is 2 Emergency Response per year for all equipment combined and to include emergency response time & diagnosis with an estimate repair. Responses can be emailed to nrramsey@dnr.in.gov or mailed to Nicholas Ramsey, Indiana Department of Natural Resources, 402 W. Washington Street, W 265, Indianapolis, IN 46204. This bid is NOT eligible for electronic submission through the supplier portal. A completed bid package MUST be submitted by the due date/time. The bid package is available for download through the Bid Documents link in the Event Name column.
