This Sources Sought notice is issued for planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, offers, bids, and/or quotes. This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, or confirmation that the Government will contract for the items contained in the announcement, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied.

Responses to this notice will assist the government in identifying potential sources in determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate, and in determining whether or not this approach to securing contracting support is practicable.

Respondents are advised that the government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this notice. Responses to the notice will not be returned. Please note that the solicitation number used for this source sought may be different from the one in the actual solicitation, if a solicitation materializes.

Brief Description:

Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany GA has a requirement for up to 1,000 man-hours per year to disassemble, assemble, de-install, relocate, install, and/or dispose of furniture currently owned, in use, or in the possession of the government. This includes moving/ staging furniture and pre-packed office supplies from various facilities/ locations to the new location as directed by the government. Typical items include, but are not limited to, modular furniture, partition panels, file cabinets, safes, shelving, desks, chairs, and various types of cabinets. The government will pack all non-furniture items prior to the contractor's arrival. The contractor will be responsible for moving and staging the packed items at the new location as directed by the government representative.

The applicable NAICS code is 484210, Facilities Support Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $34 Million.

Interested vendors shall provide the following information:

(1) Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, and email address.

(2) Cage Code and UEI Number. Cage Code and UEI number must be registered on the Systems for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov).

(3) Business Size under NAICS code 484210. If the size standard is small, indicate if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, HUBZone certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business or Small Business.

(4) If these services have been acquired by any government agencies please provide names of agencies, POCs, and contract numbers.

(5) Include any other supporting documents.
