Furniture and Equipment Relocation

Please see Amendment W91YTZ25QA002 0001 attached which revises the Performance work Statement to read as follows:

Paragraph 2.b.(4)

Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) provides storage when available on post and off-post; however, should WAMC storage not be available, the Contractor shall provide at a minimum, 20,000 square feet of temperature controlled storage space to temporarily store the equipment and furniture

Medical Readiness Contracting Office-East, (MRCO-E) has a requirement for relocation of medical equipment, office furniture at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Liberty, NC, and all outlying facilities. Womack does not have the manpower or equipment to relocate the amount of the items required to move as the mission changes and expands.

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, materials and supplies necessary to relocate medical equipment and furniture and office furniture for Womack Army Medical Center, its on-post clinics and off-post Community Based Medical Homes (CBMH).

The solicitation number is W91YTZ25QA002, the resulting award will be made as a Blanket Purchase Agreement. This requirement is for commercial services. The NAICS for this requirement is 484210: Used Household and Office Goods Moving (PSC) Q702 Technical Medical Support. The point of contact for this requirement is Cynthia A.
