Furniture Consulting Services

The OAG is soliciting an experienced furniture consultant to assist and guide the OAG through the planning, development, and design phases of the furniture portion of the project. The consultant will act as liaison between the OAG, furniture dealer(s)/manufacturer, general contractor, landlord’s project managers, and architect to assist in developing furniture typicals with highly detailed specifications and architectural drawings, procurement, delivery, and installation, and develop a schedule of critical dates and milestones.

Submission of Questions: March 8, 2024 by 12:00 pm EST

All questions and clarification requests must cite the page, section, and paragraph number, where applicable. Questions and/or clarification requests will only be accepted via email and in writing and should be submitted to the following email address: purchase@ag.ny.gov with the subject line of “Questions for RFP #23-009 Furniture Consulting Services - [insert name of firm or organization]”.

Submission of Proposals: April 2, 2024 by 5:00 pm EST

All proposals must be emailed to: purchase@ag.ny.gov , with the Subject Line: “Proposal for RFP 23-009 Furniture Consulting Services – [Insert Bidder Name]”. Bidders are responsible for ensuring proposal submission by the deadline.
