Furnishing the City’s requirements of supplies for the Water Department

NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Hattiesburg, Mississippi will receive sealed bids until 10:00 A.M., Thursday, July 16, 2026, in the City Clerk’s Office in the City Hall of said City for furnishing the City’s requirements of supplies for the Water Department beginning on August 10, 2026 and ending June 30, 2028, to-wit:

• ITEM #6 - TWO WAY FIRE HYDRANTS
• ITEM #7 - THREE WAY FIRE HYDRANTS
• ITEM #8 - STAINLESS STEEL FULL CIRCLE REPAIR CLAMPS
• ITEM #13 - SODIUM FLUORASILICATE, SODIUM FLUORIDE, AND LIME
• ITEM #17 - PLASTIC FLEXIBLE COUPLINGS AND CONNECTORS CONSTRUCTED OF ELASTOMERIC POLYVINYL CHLORIDE
• ITEM #21 - CORPORATION STOP, 3 PART UNION, STRAIGHT COUPLING, AND CORPORATION STOP COUPLINGS
• ITEM #23 - LEAK REPAIR CLAMPS, COMPRESSION FITTINGS, AND BELL JOINT LEAK CLAMPS
• ITEM #28 - REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR AERATORS AT THE LAGOONS

The above shall bid upon and delivered as per details specifications on file in the Office of the City Clerk, P.O. Box 1898, 200 Forrest Street, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, 39403-1898 which may be obtained upon request.
