Title: FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS TESTING SERVICES 2025-2026

The bidder is to provide complete services for the 2025-2026 Testing requirements of the County of Middlesex, New Jersey.
The County shall require field and/or laboratory testing for various engineering and environmental monitoring projects during 2025 and 2026
The testing shall include the categories of 1) Asphalt Testing; 2) Concrete Testing; 3) Soil Testing; 4) Asbestos, Lead Paint, Asphalt Roofing, Mold & General Air Monitoring; and 5) Environmental Testing for Soil & Concrete. Individual Bid Sheets shall be prepared for each category. The consultant may submit a bid for any one or more of these categories, except as noted.
All tests shall be performed in accordance with the latest edition of the New Jersey Dept. of Transportation (NJDOT) Standard Specifications and amendments thereto, these specifications, and ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, and NJDEP/USEPA, AMRL, PCA, NIOSH, OSHA, AHERA and Army Corps of Engineers standards or as otherwise appropriate in the opinion of the County.
This project shall be administered by the Middlesex County Engineering Office. A Project Manager shall be assigned by the County to the contract to monitor operations of the laboratory upon award of contract. All written correspondence shall be addressed to the Middlesex County Engineer, attention the Project Manager and shall reference the contract name.
The testing work to be performed under this bid shall be reviewed, approved, and authorized by Middlesex County. The testing work shall be subject to the review of other government agencies as required. Progress meetings shall be held as directed in the Scope-of-Work.
The Consultant shall furnish the necessary qualified personnel, office space, and equipment to perform the field and laboratory work necessary for the completion of the testing within the time period allotted.
The Consultant shall provide a price for each individual item. Zeroing out of an item will lead to immediate disqualification.
