Notice is hereby given that SPRINGVILLE CITY will accept bids to furnish the AMR

System according to specifications provided in this bid contract, and described in general as:

Provide a proposal for an AMR system with a phased approach, convert 3,000 meters in phase

1 to an AMR system, and a yearly phasing plan to convert the remaining 7,000 meters to AMR

with the guidelines of 1,000 meters per year if funding is available.

Bids will be accepted by Springville City on-line via Bonfire Hub at https://utah.bonfirehub.com

until 2:00 PM (local time) on Wednesday, July 02, 2025. The sealed bids will be opened by the

Public Works Department at Springville City Hall, 110 South Main on Wednesday, July 02,

2025 at 2:00 p.m. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Springville City will then make the

decision of award and contact the individual bidders with the decision on or after Wednesday,

July 23, 2025.

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 3:00 PM (local time) on Wednesday,

June 25, 2025, at the Springville City Offices, 110 South Main, Springville, Utah. All contractors

intending to submit a bid shall attend to obtain relevant information concerning the project.

Bidders are advised that information affecting drawings, specifications, conditions, scope of

work, etc. may be discussed.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS to be executed by the winning CONTRACTOR may be

obtained on or after the date of the bid award at the Springville City Offices, upstairs in the

Community Development Office. These CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will include an agreement

to be signed by both the CONTRACTOR and the OWNER prior to any work commencing.

All communication relative to the Bid and any questions which BIDDERs may have

concerning the Bid shall be directed to Springville City online using the “Questions and

Answers” section for this project on Bonfire. The Q&A period will conclude at 5:00 PM, on June

30, 2025.

Springville City reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the

whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best

interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly submitted and signed will be

accepted.
