This contract is to furnish and install a deaerator. This piece of equipment removes dissolved gasses (oxygen, CO2) from returned condensate and make-up water in the Energy Recovery Facility. After deaeration, the water is used to supply the steam drums of the water heat boilers. The existing deaerator has been in service for 25 years.
