NOTICE

TO ALL HVAC CONTRACTORS

BID NO. 2025-009

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Margate Purchasing Division, at City Hall, 5790 Margate Blvd., Margate, FL 33063 until 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 22, 2025, for a completed project to provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation and permits, to Furnish and Install (6) HVAC Systems for the City of Margate.  Project Locations are: (1) Police Dept., City Hall, (2) Northwest Focal Point Senior Center, and (3) Margate Sports Complex.

There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 7, 2025, 2024, at 10:00 AM in the Commission Chambers at City Hall located at 5790 Margate Blvd., Margate, FL 33063. Site visits to the locations will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Bid meeting.

Bid packets may be obtained by visiting the Purchasing Division at the City Hall address above or by visiting the Purchasing section of our website www.margatefl.com and completing an online registration form.  Additional information and/or assistance may be obtained by contacting Purchasing by phone at (954) 935-5346 (refer to BID NO. 2025-009).
