The City of Titusville is soliciting bids for the purchase of a vehicle as follows: one (1) new small Hybrid Pickup 4x2 as stipulated herein. Please annotate each component indicating compliance or non-compliance.

The minimum specifications that must be met correspond to the model and/or specification stated.  Acceptance of "approved equals" is solely at the City's discretion. The City's decisions on this and all matters related to this bid are final.   "Approved equivalent" means that the item proposed by bidder will at a minimum meet the specified model with respect to the quality and performance requirements specified herein or by the manufacturer of the specified item.  Brochures outlining the manufacturer’s specifications/features print-out shall be included with bid response.  These will be used to evaluate the bid.  Pursuant to City policy failure of a vendor to advise the City of bid discrepancies in order to gain a competitive advantage may be grounds for a cancellation of any contract or purchase order awarded under this bid.
