Pursuant to Chapter 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, sealed bids shall be RECEIVED ELECTRONICALLY and recorded immediately via the Public Purchase System until

11:00 AM (Hawaii Standard Time), on Friday, November 8th, 2024.

Bids shall be submitted via the Public Purchase System, otherwise the bids shall not be opened or considered.  Bids received after the date and time stated above will also not be considered.
