SCOPE: Furnish, deliver and install Proprietary Residence Hail Furniture to match existing

Appalachian University Systems (Smarter Furnishings) and Southwest Contract Furniture for the period

from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 for the Southeastern Louisiana University Housing Department
per specifications and requirements.

Quantities of Proprietary Residence Hall Furniture specified in this solicitation may be ordered
one time or multiple times on an as needed basis through the contract term at the same prices,
terms and conditions.

Vendors must bid on all items for consideration of award.

Contract Extension: Contract for purchase of Proprietary Residence Hall Furniture as well as the
Catalog Discount Items and Replacement Items may be extended for four (4) additional one (1) year
extensions beginning July 1, 2027, if mutually agreeable between the successful bidder and Southeastern
Louisiana University at the same prices, terms and conditions.
