Sealed Bids for CONTRACT No. 1842-FURNISH & DELIVER HYDROCHLORIC ACID shall be received at the Engineering Department office of the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority, 3300 Preble Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, 15233, until 11:00 A.M., Prevailing Time, Thursday, April 2, 2026 and then shall be publicly opened and read. A link will be required to access The Microsoft Teams Video Conference for the Bid Opening. This contract is for the purchase of hydrochloric acid which is used periodically to clean and remove the chemical build-up on the media, piping and mechanical equipment that are a part of the three Odor Control Facilities at the plant.
