Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 11/05/2024 for Bid # 24-252: Furnish and Deliver Dry Animal Food and Bedding to Essex County Turtle Back Zoo.

NOTE: All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.

• IF NOTIFIED BIDDER MUST ATTEND GOVERNING BODY AWARD MEETING
