Furnish , Deliever and Planting of Native Trees in Cadwalader Park , City of Trenton for the Mercer County Park Commission

The purpose of these specifications is to solicit a qualified Contractor to furnish, deliver and plant Native Trees from a specified list at marked locations throughout Cadwalader Park, in the City of Trenton, New Jersey. The work will be overseen by the Mercer County Park Commission; in partnership with the City of Trenton, as per an Agreement under the provisions of the Uniform Shared Services and Consolidation Act [N.J.S.A. 40A:65-1 et seq.]. Funding for the Project shall be through a Federal Domestic Matching Grant with the USDA, Forrest Service Eastern Region State and Private Forestry (Grant No. 22-DG-11094200-198). 2 CFR 200.327 and Appendix II, as applicable.
