Fundraising Vendor(s)

The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for Discounts on Catalog pricing, published list pricing, or fair market value for Fundraising Activities that will be purchased on an "as needed basis.
The period of performance is from Date of award to June 30,2031. Fort Worth ISD has the option to extend this RFP at the end of the performance period for up to 120 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district to ensure availability of products and/or services. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.
It is the intent of this Solicitation to establish a discount from shelf pricing contract. Proposers should indicate a primary discount (even if the discount is "0%" or shelf price), but may offer multiple discounts by category and/or total purchase. These items will normally be purchased in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis by 125+ campuses throughout the city of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.

Questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of this proposal shall be requested within the eBidding portal no later than 2:00 pm on February 19, 2026.
