1 Overview
This RFQ is for 12,100 Light Heather Gray shirts for the Athletics Department. The order must be delivered to the
Jacobson Athletic Building by April 15th, 2024.
The order must be packaged by size (small, medium, large, XL, 2XL, and 3XL).

2 Evaluation Criteria
The evaluation of this RFP/RFQ may be based upon, but not limited to:

Samples/Quality of Product
Ability to meet in-hands date
Exceptions to Scope of Work and Terms/Conditions

3 Suppliers must be currently licensed with ISU Trademark in order to bid on these items.
Due to the timeframe and restrictions with new licenses, suppliers must already be licensed to produce ISU branded
materials at time of bid submission to be eligible for award.

4 Samples
If quoting an alternative option, suppliers are required to submit one (1) sample for each alternate shirt as part of
their bid. Bid responses specifying alternative shirts with no samples provided WILL NOT be considered for award.
