Fundraising Consultant for UTHSA

Project Description: The Office of Institutional Advancement at UT Health San Antonio seeks proposals from consulting firms with expertise in strategy and execution of a Grateful Patient program. The selected consultant will help develop and implement a multi-channel strategy targeting diverse donor demographics, using effective appeal design, preparation, and analysis. This project includes enhancing UT Health San Antonio's online presence and leveraging social media to build pipeline and maximize donor engagement and support.
With the new Multispecialty and Research Hospital and our existing network of more than 20 clinics, UT Health San Antonio is positioned to expand outreach efforts to patients as part of an integrated annual giving strategy. The consultant will play a key role in crafting a communication plan that fosters a culture of philanthropy, encourages stakeholder engagement, and highlights patient stories to inspire. The scope of work should focus on data to support the annual giving approach to grateful patient fundraising and include ‘Honor Your Caregiver’ program logistics to complement the work of the gift officers working directly with physician champions. A pilot phase including physician engagement, staff training and daily wealth screenings is currently in progress.
