Description

East Central ISD seeks proposals from qualified Local Service Providers to provide fully managed Leased Lit Fiber Service. Proposal documents, including any posted addenda, can be found on the USAC website.


To be considered, RFP 24-831-01 responses must be submitted on the forms provided and emailed to James Urbanczyk, ECISD’s Director of Technology at james.urbanczyk@ecisd.net and Maryann Toft, E-Rate Consultant VST Services, LP at mtoft@vstservices.co m ; One electronic copy attached to the response email is required to be received by RFP’s stated deadline, Wednesday, March 19, 2025, 3:00 pm CST.


The deadline for submitting questions in writing to ECISD’s Director of Technology at james.urbanczyk@ecisd.net is February 25th, by 3:00 pm CST.  Responses to questions will be posted in the form of an addendum to this RFP on the USAC website, too. The district also reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any irregularity therein, too.
